29 ounces tomato sauce

12 ounces egg noodles

4 ounces cream cheese, cubed small

1 small onion, diced fine

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat and Prepare: Heat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13 pan with nonstick spray.

Brown the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain fat if needed.

Simmer the Sauce: Return beef to the stove. Add tomato sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.

Cook the Pasta: While the beef simmers, boil egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make Creamy Layer: In a small bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, and onion until combined.

Assemble Layers: Spread half of the noodles into the casserole dish. Top with half the beef mixture. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese blend. Repeat with remaining noodles, beef, and cream mixture.
