Instructions

  • Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and ensure the rack is in the middle position.
  • Cook the Green Beans: Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a medium pot. Add the green beans and cook until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cooking until translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add Mushrooms: Incorporate the sliced mushrooms and poultry seasoning, cooking until the mushrooms are tender and golden, approximately 3-4 minutes.
