2/3 cup fresh orange juice

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 tsp grated orange zest

1/2 tsp grated lemon zest

1 tsp vanilla extract
Salad

2 cups cubed fresh pineapple

2 cups strawberries, hulled & sliced

3 bananas, sliced
-
2 cups mandarin oranges

2 cups seedless red grapes

2 cups seedless green grapes

2 cups blueberries
Instructions

Fruit Prep: Wash, slice, and prepare all fruits. Keep them fresh and ready for layering.

Simmer Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, orange zest, and lemon zest. Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Finish & Cool Sauce: Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract until blended. Let sauce cool completely before using.

Layer & Marinate: Arrange the fruit in a large, clear glass bowl. Once the sauce is cooled, pour it evenly over the fruit. Cover tightly and refrigerate 3–4 hours to let flavors meld beautifully.
